Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 1 month before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made after that timeframe may forfeit the amount specified in your booking confirmation.
Partial refunds for early departures are not provided unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
How to cancel
​To cancel a reservation, contact us at sarahdan88@gmail.com with your confirmation number and guest name. Cancellations are effective when acknowledged in writing by Virginia Wine Country Stays.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
